Refund Policy
At SURETRAK Aerial Services, we strive to deliver high-quality aerial imaging and monitoring solutions. Because each project involves custom planning, coordination, and regulatory compliance, we follow the refund policy outlined below:
📍 1. Service Deposits (if applicable)

All deposits made to secure a project date are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by SURETRAK or due to uncontrollable factors such as FAA flight denials.

Clients may reschedule services at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
📍 2. Full-Service Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Weather-related cancellations that cannot be rescheduled within 14 days.

Airspace denial by the FAA after good-faith efforts to secure authorization.

Technical failure of equipment preventing delivery of promised service.

📍 3. No Refunds Will Be Issued:

For completed services or delivered data.

If the client fails to provide accurate site access, flight permissions, or necessary information.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled flight.

For dissatisfaction with deliverables due to factors beyond our control (e.g., site conditions, lighting, weather during flight).
📍 4. Partial Refunds

May be issued at our discretion in cases of:

Incomplete service delivery due to partial site restrictions.

Client-requested early termination after scheduling and planning have already occurred.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
