Refund Policy

At SURETRAK Aerial Services, we strive to deliver high-quality aerial imaging and monitoring solutions. Because each project involves custom planning, coordination, and regulatory compliance, we follow the refund policy outlined below:

📍 1. Service Deposits (if applicable)

  • All deposits made to secure a project date are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by SURETRAK or due to uncontrollable factors such as FAA flight denials.

  • Clients may reschedule services at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.

📍 2. Full-Service Refunds

  • Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

    • Weather-related cancellations that cannot be rescheduled within 14 days.

    • Airspace denial by the FAA after good-faith efforts to secure authorization.

    • Technical failure of equipment preventing delivery of promised service.

📍 3. No Refunds Will Be Issued:

  • For completed services or delivered data.

  • If the client fails to provide accurate site access, flight permissions, or necessary information.

  • For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled flight.

  • For dissatisfaction with deliverables due to factors beyond our control (e.g., site conditions, lighting, weather during flight).

📍 4. Partial Refunds

  • May be issued at our discretion in cases of:

    • Incomplete service delivery due to partial site restrictions.

    • Client-requested early termination after scheduling and planning have already occurred.

📍 5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.

  • To request a refund, email us at [Your Email] with the service date, reason for refund, and supporting documentation if applicable.
